A registered agent is the person or company named on your state filing to receive lawsuits and official notices for the LLC. In every state except New York your LLC has to keep one for as long as it exists, so the agent's renewal price is the number you live with. Bizee's agent renews at $149 a year. Bizee Basic leads by $15 at the end of year two. By the end of year three Northwest is $9 lower, and the gap grows by $24 every year after. Bizee lists its standalone registered agent at $149 a year. A lower $119 rate appears on Bizee Pro, its program for accountants and attorneys forming LLCs for clients; it is not the price shown to someone forming their own LLC. Check the renewal on your own order before you pay.
Filing speed
Speed is where Bizee's packages differ most. Basic and Standard show 4 weeks at checkout. Premium shows 2 business days, and Standard can add the faster filing for $50. Bizee's timings are its own processing estimates, and the state still has to approve the filing.
Northwest does not quote a filing time on its formation pages, so if a date matters, for a contract, a lease or a bank account, ask before you order. On price the comparison is clear either way: Bizee Premium, or Standard with the expedite, costs more than Northwest in year one and every year after.

Northwest's $39 LLC covers the state filing paperwork and a year of registered agent service. Its formation pages also list a free domain name, web hosting, an email address, a phone line, brand protection and a business address you can use in place of your home address. After year one the agent at $125 a year is the only required charge.
Bizee Basic covers the state filing and a year of registered agent service at $0. Every package also includes a virtual address free for the first month. Standard adds an EIN and an operating agreement for $199. Premium adds filing in 2 business days and business contracts for $299. Where Bizee is the better choice
You expect to close the LLC within two years and you are not in a hurry. Bizee Basic costs $15 less over that window.
You want an EIN and an operating agreement prepared for you. Bizee Standard bundles both. An EIN is free from the IRS if you apply yourself, so the value is in having it done for you.
Where Northwest is the better choice
You plan to keep the LLC more than two years. That is most people forming one, and it is where the $57 five-year gap comes from.
