  • Maintaining offices or agencies for transfer, exchange, and registration of the company's own membership interests, or appointing trustees or depositories for them
  • Soliciting or procuring orders, by mail or through employees or agents, if the orders require acceptance outside the state, including preliminary steps
  • Creating evidences of debt, mortgages, or liens
  • Securing or collecting debts, or enforcing rights in the property securing them
  • Transacting business in interstate or foreign commerce
  • Conducting an isolated transaction completed within 30 days that is not one of repeated transactions of like nature
  • Acquiring or disposing of property or a property interest, outside regular business activity
