Each row lists the companies that sell that filing, cheapest first. Every price is the company's service fee; the state's filing fee is always extra and is the same whoever files. "Lowest" marks the lowest listed fee for a one-time filing. The filing name links to the steps for doing it yourself.

Which company fits the filing you need
The state dissolved your LLC. Reinstatement is sold by Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom and Harbor Compliance. Back annual reports and penalties are usually billed on top. The state-by-state reinstatement steps show what the state charges first.
Registering in a second state. Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom, Harbor Compliance, Northwest Registered Agent, Firstbase and Registered Agents Inc handle foreign qualification. Several include a year of registered agent service in the new state, so compare the fee against the agent you would buy anyway.
Switching registered agents. Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom, Northwest Registered Agent and ZenBusiness file the change for you. Some fold it into the agent price and cover the state fee. The change-of-agent guides list each state's form and fee.
A certificate of good standing. Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom, Harbor Compliance, Northwest Registered Agent and ZenBusiness order one. The state's own fee is usually small and many states issue the certificate online, so check your state's steps before paying a service fee several times the state fee.
Closing the LLC, or leaving a state. Dissolution is sold by Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom and Harbor Compliance. Withdrawing a registration from a second state: Harbor Compliance.
Moving the LLC to another state. Only CorpNet sells this as a filing service. The domestication guide shows which states allow it.
A business name (DBA). Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom, ZenBusiness and Registered Agents Inc file one. In some states a DBA is filed with the county rather than the state, which is where a service saves the most time.
Only a registered agent. All 8 sell one. The difference is the renewal price, not the service. Our registered agent cost comparison has five-year totals.
You can file every one of these yourself
None of these filings requires a service. Each is a form the state publishes, usually online, and the state fee is the same whoever files it. A service earns its fee when the filing is unfamiliar, spans two states, or has a deadline you cannot miss. It does not when the state fee is a few dollars and the form is one page.
Common questions
Which registered agent company files the most things for you? Of the 8 companies we checked, Bizee, CorpNet and LegalZoom each sell 13 of the 15 filings in our table. Coverage is not price: check the row for the filing you need.
Does my registered agent company have to be the one that files for me? No. Any filing service can file for any LLC, and you can file yourself. Your registered agent only needs to be listed correctly on what gets filed.
Are state fees included in these prices? No. Every price here is the company's service fee. The state's filing fee is paid on top, and it is the same whichever company files or if you file yourself.
Who can reinstate a dissolved LLC for me? Bizee, CorpNet, LegalZoom and Harbor Compliance sell reinstatement filing. Back annual reports and penalties are usually billed on top of the reinstatement fee.

Every entry was read on the company's own website on 25 September 2026: product pages, pricing pages and, for Bizee, its order pages, where its filing prices appear. No review site or other affiliate site was used. A blank in the coverage table means we searched the company's site and found no way to order that filing; it may still be available by calling them. "Lowest" is a price comparison, not a quality ranking. We re-read every entry each quarter.
