No service is perfect. Three things to know going in.
No weekend support. Phone lines are closed Saturday and Sunday. For most LLC owners this does not matter (state filing offices are also closed weekends), but if you have an urgent compliance question on a Saturday, you are waiting until Monday.
Cancellation requires a phone call. User reviews mention that canceling requires contacting them directly rather than clicking a button in your account dashboard. This is a common complaint across the industry, not unique to Northwest, but worth noting if you anticipate canceling.
Free trial add-ons that auto-renew. Their formation package bundles free trials for a domain name, business email, and a business phone number. These auto-renew at full price after the trial unless you cancel them. The core registered agent service does not have this issue.
