Worth knowing that this is not a differentiator: Harbor and Northwest both state the same thing on their own service pages, and none of the three publishes a remedy if the timing slips. Treat same-day scanning as the baseline across the category rather than a reason to pay more.

Worry-Free Compliance integration. Their compliance service (a separate $199/year add-on) handles state annual report filings automatically. If you pay for both, having them in one account is simpler than splitting between providers. Northwest files annual reports too, at $100 per report plus the state fee, ordered report by report rather than as a subscription. Harbor offers it for an additional fee.

Check how your first year was priced. The current formation offer charges $99 for the first year, then $199/year. An older plan may have included the first year. Check your order confirmation before deciding whether to renew.

How to cancel ZenBusiness registered agent service and switch

If you decide to switch, the process is straightforward. Timing matters.
