Order from California ↗Submit your application along with the Certificate of Status and the $59 filing fee. Processing time is Utah splits this by outcome rather than by channel: most filings are instantly processed and approved, and for all others the Division asks filers to allow 2 to 4 business days from receipt. Expedited processing is $75 per filing, and Utah publishes neither a turnaround for it nor a channel restriction on it. Expedited processing available for $75 per filing, which is Utah's only tier. Utah charges the same $75 to expedite a document order, so the figure appears on two different pages for two different products. No channel restriction is published for the filing expedite. The fee schedule runs on the state fiscal year and is reissued each July. Online filing is available.
