Processing time
Utah splits this by outcome rather than by channel: most filings are instantly processed and approved, and for all others the Division asks filers to allow 2 to 4 business days from receipt.
More

Expedited processing is $75 per filing, and Utah publishes neither a turnaround for it nor a channel restriction on it

Expedite
$75 per filing, which is Utah's only tier.
More

Utah charges the same $75 to expedite a document order, so the figure appears on two different pages for two different products. No channel restriction is published for the filing expedite. The fee schedule runs on the state fiscal year and is reissued each July
