- Foreign LLCs cannot register online. Kansas accepts the foreign application on paper only, at $90 under the fee schedule effective February 27, 2026. Several national guides still publish the previous $165 figure.
- The Information Report is biennial, not annual, at $90 online and $110 by paper.
