Oregon calls it the Certificate of Existence and charges $10. Here is how to order it and what must be current first.
Would rather not deal with the agency yourself?
Oregon charges $10, and uses the single name Certificate of Existence for domestic and foreign entities alike. Ordered through the Oregon Business Registry it arrives in minutes; requested on paper or by fax using form 302 it usually takes 5 to 10 business days. If the certificate is going abroad, authentication is an extra $10 on the same form 302 rather than a separate process. Certified copies of specific documents are $15.
A certificate of good standing from Oregon is what the new state asks for when your Oregon LLC registers to do business there. Pick the state you are expanding into to see its exact filing, fee, and process.
