That page's fee figures are stale, so treat the duration as the agency's last published position rather than a current service standard.

Under IC 23-0.5-5-5, all 12 items. Indiana uses the phrase "doing business," not "transacting business." Subsection (b) protects a person who is merely an interest holder or governing person. Subsection (c) disclaims service of process, taxation and regulation under other Indiana law. Subsection (d) states the list is not exhaustive and recodifies rather than repeals the four predecessor statutes, preserving prior case law.
