Under NRS 86.5483, all 13 items. Nevada's order-solicitation item is narrower than most: the orders must be solicited AND accepted outside Nevada and then filled by shipping in. Unique items cover motion picture production and out-of-state depository institutions. Subsection 3 withdraws the exemption entirely if the company maintains an office in Nevada. There is NO tax disclaimer; subsection 4 instead preserves personal jurisdiction and bars the company from offering its non-transacting status as a defense in other proceedings.
